U.S. Serial Set
The United States Congressional Serial Set contains House and Senate documents and reports, each bound volume being one session of Congress. The volumes begin with the 15th Congress, 1st Session (1817). Earlier documents (from 1789) are collected in the American State Papers, which are arranged by topical class.
