Administrative Decisions and Rulings
Administrative rulings and decisions are issued by administrative agencies that have been granted adjudicatory power (i.e. decision-making power) by an act of the U.S. Congress. Examples of agencies that have this power are:
- Environmental Protection Agency
- Federal Communication Commission
- Forest Service
- National Transportation Safety Board
- Nuclear Regulatory Commission
- Social Security Administration
