The easiest way to locate UMass Amherst journals/magazines about China is to do a subject search in the library catalog for China -- Periodicals. They will be sorted from newest to oldest, so if you are looking for journals that were published earlier in the 20th century, jump to the end of the list. Some dates look odd - like 19uu - this means that we don't know exactly when they started, so you will have to take these things with a grain of salt.
