Quick Tip: Use Subject Headings
Curated and indexed databases use metadata to describe content in a standardized way. When you find a citation that matches your need, look for the subject heading(s) used to describe it. You can search with that subject to find more related materials. Some examples include:
- Collective bargaining
- Labor incentives
- Labor laws and legislation
- Labor market
- Labor unions
- Labor union movement
- Trade union
And many more! Specific subject headings vary by search tool, so look for them!
