As you research and write your film article this semester the UMass Amherst Libraries offers a wealth of resources to support your work. This guide explores how to access books, articles, film reviews, library databases, and archival materials with an emphasis on what you can access remotely since the Five College libraries including the Du Bois Library are closed until further notice as a precautionary measure to limit the spread of COVID-19.
As your librarian, I'm here to provide support for your research and assist you with finding alternative resources as print access is limited. Feel free to send me an email with any questions you have! For more involved research assistance, email me about scheduling a Zoom meeting.
The Libraries is still determining our capacity to safely provide access to library resources and services. As the situation unfolds, I will share updates with your professor and edit this guide.
