Recently, a librarian at Carnegie Mellon posted these Open Education books, created by their faculty in Civil & Environmental Engineering. They include:

Life Cycle Assessment PDF version already adopted in 60 university courses in North America and more than 20 from the rest of the world. Translations to Thai and Chinese also available, and Spanish is in progress.

Project Management for Construction Fundamental Concepts for Owners, Engineers, Architects, and Builders
