Welcome
ようこそ! Welcome!
This subject guide is intended for students studying Japanese language at UMass Amherst. Here you will find links to online dictionaries and tools to help you to read Japanese more efficiently. You will also find links to websites that provide audio and video feeds of Japanese programs so that you can practice your listening comprehension.
For those of you ready to read short stories or poetry in Japanese, there are links to the library catalog to help you find what you want to read in the East Asian collection on the 21st floor.
If you would like help in locating materials or even deciding which materials to select, please email or come and see me in my office on the 22nd floor, just off the East Asian Reference room.
