Explore e-Science key concepts and internet-based research tools in select subject areas, and prepare to engage faculty about e-Science in their disciplines.

Carmichael Hall

Campers will stay in Carmichael Hall. All rooms are singles and airconditioned and have access to wireless.

Parking is free.

Parking at Tufts

There are a many options for parking on the Tufts Campus.

Overnight guests will be registering and staying at Carmichael Hall on 200 Packard Ave. Your registration packet will contain a parking pass that will allow you to park anywhere on campus. Parking is allowed in front-of and in the parking lots around Carmichael and elsewhere on campus. You do not have to park in the Visitor’s only lots!

Commuting and Thursday only boot campers will be registering in the Feinleib Lecture Hall (Lower level, Barnum 08), which is located inside Barnum Hall. Barnum Hall is located at 163 Packard Ave. Your registration packet will contain a parking pass that will allow you to park anywhere on campus. You do not have to park in the Visitor’s only lots!

The Science Boot Camp Team will be able to assist you with parking directions when you register.

Resident Campers will have access to wireless in Carmichael Hall.

Things to bring:
- Shampoo/conditioner/shower items
- flip flops (for showers)
- bath towel
- pillow
- power strip
- alarm clock
- musical instruments (if you play)
- snacks and drinks
- walking shoes
- rain gear
- clothes hangers
- reading lamp
- Your Thinking Cap (literally, we will have a competition!)

Will be supplied:
sheets, soap, toilet paper, pillow - if you have special preferences for these items you are encouraged to bring your own.
