Japanese Reading Ladders - Picture Books for Adults

Introduction

This Reading Ladder includes picture books as well as illustrated books that were written for adults or include adult themes. Some of the books were meant for children but can be enjoyed by adults, too. Use this Reading Ladder to find books with darker themes such as horror and war, and also to find books on other subjects like history and important life lessons.
