Edible Book Festival

Thursday, April 1

This festival has been celebrated internationally on or around April 1 since 2000 in commemoration of the birthday of gastronome and author Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. 

This year's Edible Book Festival will take place virtually. All members of the Five College community are invited to submit photos of their edible book-inspired creations by March 30, 2021 to the new entry form (link below). Photos of each person's entry will be displayed in an online gallery. An online voting form will be made available on April 1, 2021.
