To begin a case:
First go to the Proquest Support Center and fill out this form
Under the first heading "Products," choose "Refworks"
Under the next heading "Category" choose the type of problem you are having with RefWorks
Fill out the rest of the form with your contact information
Then click "Continue" and follow the rest of the directions
RefWorks (ProQuest) will contact you directly about your problem
Access RefWorks via Smart phones, PDAs and cell phones. Features include the ability to view references in a RefWorks account, search within RefWorks, add a note to a reference and add new references using a “smart add” option.
